Barkley has 10+ years of experience overseeing supply chain logistics for consumer goods. He has deep experience in new product development, international expansion, sustainable/ethical sourcing, and has worked with brands at every stage of development: from pre-revenue start-ups to multinationals.

Barkley oversaw the launch of the first complete line of USDA-certified organic baby food in China, the first U.S. organic infant formula to meet EU baby grade standards, and the first baby diaper to be verified by toxicologists at the Environmental Working Group.
